Sam’s Retail Group in Liverpool donates money to support Al Tayseer Mosque’s community food programme
- Making a Difference Locally donation will help provide food and hot meals to people experiencing poverty

Nisa Express Brook Street and Nisa Express North John Street have donated to Al Tayseer Mosque, a local registered charity based in the Liverpool city area, through Co-op Wholesales charity partner, Making a Difference Locally.
The donation will support the Mosque’s ongoing work providing food and hot meals to people in need who are facing poverty and hardship within the local community. Al Tayseer Mosque supports individuals and families regardless of background, ensuring help is accessible and welcoming to all communities.
A representative from Al Tayseer Mosque said:
“This donation will help our cause as it will allow us to have more funding for helping people in the local community. We provide food and hot meals for people who are in need and experiencing poverty. As a local registered charity in the Liverpool city area, this support will positively impact many individuals and families.”
It is estimated that between 20 and 50 people will directly benefit from this donation, helping to ensure continued access to essential food support during challenging times.
