In this role you’ll build positive relationships and work closely with Nisa partners (independent retailers), making sure they’re getting the most out of their relationship with Co-op Wholesale. New business recruitment will be an important part of your role, and as the face of the business, partners will look to you for support with all kinds of queries, so it’s vital you’re able to confidently manage expectations and handle challenging situations.
