Terms & Conditions Incentive

•A credit of £20,000 paid retrospectively against purchases via Co-op Wholesale after the first 26 weeks of trade
Conditions of Offer
•The offer is subject to the Partner signing up to a 5-year contract and a minimum order value of £260,000 per year of products purchased through the Co-op Wholesale Central Distribution Service.
•26 weeks following the date of the first order, subject to the partner being on track to achieve an order value of £260,000 per year, the partner will receive the £20,000 incentive, paid as a credit to the partner’s store account.
•If any of the conditions of the offer are not met, the partner will be liable to payback a pro-rata proportion of the incentives.
•Rebates are paid on an increasing scale depending on annual order value, starting at 0.5% for £260,000 spend per year, up to 2.5% for an annual order value of £780,000 per year.
•This offer is available until 18th March 2026.
Incentives are not available to pro-forma partners.
